Timeframe for Returns
You can exchange or return a product within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
Reverse Pickup Process
- Reverse pickup will be arranged by us free of cost.
- Only one reverse pickup is allowed per order.
- Reverse pickup depends on service availability in your area's pin code.
- In exceptional cases, you may be requested to send the product using a reliable courier service.
Payment Refund Details
- For COD orders: ₹49 COD charges will be deducted, remaining amount refunded.
- For Prepaid orders: 3% processing fee will be deducted, remaining amount refunded.
- If any seal is broken or any damage to a product, it cannot be replaced or returned.
Exclusions — "Final Sale" Items
Products purchased from the Final Sale section are not eligible for return or exchange.
